Foster entrepreneurial and minority business development.

Provide a place for displaced and impacted food production
businesses to reestablish their businesses, products and markets.

Promote the food industry as a major segment of the Louisiana Cultural Economy.

Support efforts to upgrade workforce skills for the industry.

Establish permanent jobs.

Offer intern positions for area students.

Stimulate economic development.

Our mission is to provide culinary entrepreneurs with all the tools necessary to develop and successfully market specialty food products, thereby creating jobs and positively impacting the economic development of the River Parishes and Greater New Orleans regions.
